New York office of the company that I worked for is located on the corner of 32nd Street and Madison Avenue. A New Yorker would recognize that address as being in a direct neighborhood of Empire State Building. In fact I was standing on a rooftop just one block across from The Empire State.

At about that time a person who just reached our rooftop said that police cordoned Empire State Building and was evacuating it, just in case attacks continue. The building could have been the next obvious choice for terrorists.
