Although horrific, I applaud your tastefulness in how you have
presented what the lens of your camera captured. I remember a friend lost in
Washington, close to retirement, with bittersweet memories. To all those families
and friends of those lost or injured, my deepest sympathies. As time passes,
may you heal, stronger for what you have endured. May Peace be with us all.
And may calm reason prevail over political posturing and agendas of all sides.
Thank you for taking these photos and creating a site for them.

The tragedy of September 11th will never be forgotten. Thank you for
sharing your thoughts, and your tragic but amazing photos...9/11 will never
be forgotten...but...The United States MUST make a better effort to change its
double-standard foreign policies towards the world, so that a tragedy such as
this one can never happen again...George W. Bush's idiotic foreign policies
are going to destroy the world...

I was very touched by the pictures you took. I live in a small town
north of Toronto and I was saddened and petrified for the world that day. I am
a mother, daughter, sister, girlfriend and friend and I could not imagine
losing these titles because of the inhuman acts of some people over religion.
Something that is supposed to bring us all closer together in unity not farther
apart in hate. God bless the survivors, the volunteers, the rescuer workers and
the relatives of everyone who perished on 9/11. My prayers are with you and
world peace and understanding.

Thank-you. We need sites like this so that we never forget this
tragedy. The victims should never be forgotten and the culprits should never be
forgiven. Your photos have touched myself and my family and we all thank-you for
your tribute.

It is truly sad that so called enlightened, educated people would
think that the way to advance their culture or improve the standard of living of
their "chosen people" is through the death and destruction of others.

I was having coffee with a friend that morning of 9/11 when I saw
this terrible tragedy on tv. I rushed home and tried calling my son that lived
in NYC and of course I couldn't get through, the lines where all down. After
listening and wondering they finally told people to call Ottawa and leave
information regarding family in NYC with information about us as well. We finally
heard the news from a friend of my sons on a cel phone that my he was ok.
The first thing I had to do was call Ottawa back and tell them my son was
alright, so they could take his name off the list. I know how these families in NYC
and all over the country felt with family being there in NYC at the time of
this tragedy. Later my son was able to call me, it was overwhelming to hear
his voice and a relief knowing he was alive. Since that tragic I have been to
NYC to visit my son and he took me to the site where The Trade Center was. It
was a very emotional time for me to see all the damage done and the memories
of the Hope Wall of families that lost loved ones and friends. My heart,
thoughts, and prayers go out to all the families and friends that have lost loved
ones in this terrible tragedy God Bless. Thank you for sharing your photos and
your story with us. Excellent work, good luck and best wishes to you Pat in
the future.

lost, looking into the eyes of pain and despair...my heart bleeds and will be a
long time healing.
Thank you...and God bless.
